Last updated: 17 October 2026. This notice describes how the SMS Workspace launch-list form works. The website operator’s legal identity and postal contact details must be added before publicly collecting personal information.

Information we collect

If you join the early access list, we collect your email address, the time of signup (UTC), and the version of the consent statement you accepted. We do not ask for your phone number.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your email address only to send occasional product and launch updates, based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Storage and access

Signups are stored in a restricted file outside the public website directory on our hosting account. We do not sell the list. The hosting provider processes information as part of hosting the website.

Retention and your rights

We retain your email until you withdraw consent or until the launch-list purpose ends. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@smsworkspace.com. This mailbox must be operational before launch. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority.

Cookies

The site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical logs for security and operations.

Before going live: identify the legal operator, confirm hosting/data transfers and add a working contact address. This is a technical starter notice, not a finalized legal assessment.
