SMS Workspace is designed for legitimate, permission-based business communications. You must use it responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules.
Prohibited conduct
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam or messages to recipients without a valid legal basis.
- Ignoring opt-out requests, using purchased or scraped lists without appropriate permission, or evading consent requirements.
- Phishing, impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal content or deceptive promotions.
- Attempting to bypass carrier sending limits, device restrictions, or security protections.
- Using the service to compromise accounts, networks or third-party systems.
Customer obligations
Maintain evidence of consent where required, provide appropriate sender identification, honor withdrawal requests promptly and check that your carrier plan permits your intended use. You are responsible for message content and recipient selection.
Enforcement
We may investigate reported misuse and suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect recipients, the platform or third parties. Report abuse to support@smsworkspace.com.
