1. Provider and service
SMS Workspace is operated by MatchCopilot LLC, a business registered in Georgia. Contact: support@smsworkspace.com. The service is an early-release browser-based software application for managing SMS campaigns through users’ own Android devices and SIM cards.
2. Accounts and availability
Users must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials and use the service lawfully. We may change, restrict or discontinue early-release features. Paid subscriptions are not currently offered through the website.
3. Messaging responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your recipient lists, consent records, message content, unsubscribe handling, carrier permissions and compliance with applicable marketing, privacy and telecommunications laws. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Third-party services
SMS delivery uses your own mobile carrier and a third-party Android SMS gateway. SMS Workspace does not provide mobile connectivity or guarantee transmission, delivery, timing or carrier acceptance. Carrier charges may apply.
5. Service limitations
SMS Workspace is provided on an as-available basis during the early release. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and will publish a new effective date. Contact support@smsworkspace.com for questions.
